We run scheduled safaris and Kilimanjaro climbs you can join as an individual — so the cost of the vehicle, guide and crew is shared, and a real Tanzanian adventure fits a modest budget.
Who we are
Safari Goats Adventures is our parent company: a Tanzanian-owned operator in Arusha running private safaris at the high end and the mid-range, where a party books its own vehicle, its own guide and its own lodge.
Cross Country Adventures is its camping and group-joining side. Same guides, same 4×4s, same park permits — but on fixed dates, under canvas, with the cost split across a small group. You buy a seat, not the whole trip.
That is the whole difference, and it is the only thing we cut. Nobody trims the game drives, the campsites or the crew to reach the price; the price falls because six or seven of you are sharing the vehicle. One clear figure per person, agreed upfront, with no luxury surcharge on top.
So if you want a private itinerary, lodges and a higher standard of comfort, Safari Goats will build it for you. If you want the same wild places at a camping price, on a date that is already leaving — that is us. Whether it is your first safari or your run at the roof of Africa, we will get you there without stretching the budget.
